- Conduct feasibility studies for blended financial program that provide a roadmap for implementation, assessment of blended fund options and leveraging capacities, identification of available private and concessional funding resources, a TOR for implementation services, and monitoring procedures.
- Design and implement blended finance programs for donor agencies, MDBs, and climate investment funds
- Work with development banks and donor agencies to leverage private sector financing for local projects
- Design unique credit enhancement facilities that lower the cost of blended financial programs
- Conduct transparent affordability assessments for blended programs to provide a bottom-up review of the impact of funds on households and communities
- Build and help implement aggregation structures including pooled lending/ revolving funds for smaller-scale sustainable development projects
